Nick Koley

Nick Koley is a native of Omaha, Nebraska, and joined Sage Capital in March of 2023. Nick joined Sage Capital because of the decades of combined experience and knowledge among employees, the collaborative culture, and the exposure to both brokerage and development.

Nick graduated from Creighton University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Marketing. Nick developed a deep appreciation and understanding of the values of honesty, integrity, and commitment through his education at Creighton University and Creighton Prep. Creighton University equipped him with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the highly competitive business world. Before joining Sage Capital, Nick was a Brokerage Intern with NAI NP Dodge and a Sales and Finance Intern with Gregg Young Chevrolet. Through these experiences, he learned the power of effective communication, developing lasting relationships, and the value of understanding the needs and wants of clients.

Nick is the youngest of three siblings, Kristen and Ben, and the son of Cathy and Patrick. During Nick’s free time in the summer, you can find him sharpening his golf skills on the greens or engaging in water sports such as wake surfing and wakeboarding at the lake. Nick also enjoys cooking, traveling, and snowboarding in the mountains.
