Kim joined Sage Capital in 2020 as a business consultant and has recently moved into the role of Chief Operating Officer with the company. Before joining Sage, she was Vice President of Operations with RiseMark Brands, LLC. heading up the IKOR International franchise system. Prior to that she spent 25 years with Vertrue, Inc., a direct marketing company, in all facets of operations and management.

She has a track record of helping organizations identify, define, and achieve financial goals and streamline operations. Kim has over 30 years of experience in helping the organizations she works with achieve strategic initiatives, scale the operational side of the business to attain sustainable long-term growth.
