Tyler Springer

Tyler is the newest addition to the Sage Capital Real Estate team and he is excited to be in a position where he can help individuals with solving their problems and ultimately make a meaningful contribution to the continued growth and success of the Omaha Metropolitan Area well into the future.

Although Tyler was originally raised in Las Vegas, he has always felt deeply connected to the Midwest and its values. Tyler’s parents moved to Las Vegas in search of better economic opportunities, but they made sure to instill their core values of family, hard work, and integrity early and often.  Growing up, Tyler would spend his summers visiting his extended family in Nebraska and Iowa, making lasting memories and led to Tyler’s growing desire to move back to the region.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2015, he furthered his academic pursuits by earning his Juris Doctorate from the Nebraska College of Law in 2018. Throughout this period, Tyler expanded his knowledge and honed his critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities. After his graduation from Law School, Tyler sought to further refine and deploy the skills he had developed over his time at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Tyler’s professional journey is a testament to his commitment to making a difference in people’s lives during challenging times. With experience spanning across diverse roles, Tyler has demonstrated compassion and expertise in various fields. From serving as a Law Clerk specializing in Immigration and Family Law in Las Vegas during the Pandemic to administering unemployment claim hearings as an Appellate Administrative Hearing Officer for the Texas Workforce Commission, Tyler has navigated through complex situations with empathy and professionalism.

In his role as a Real Estate Administrator for a company dealing with Property Tax Liens, Tyler became the primary point of contact for taxpayers facing the risk of losing their property. Through meaningful conversations and tailored solutions, he provided support to individuals navigating through tough circumstances, ensuring the best possible outcomes during challenging times.

Tyler was drawn to join the Sage Capital team because of his desire to apply his problem-solving abilities more positively. His experience in dealing with sensitive and complex issues has prepared him to approach each individual’s challenges thoughtfully and find pragmatic solutions that will provide the best possible outcome considering all the dynamic variables involved.

As someone with experience listening and dealing with various issues, Tyler is excited to listen and engage in thoughtful discussions about the specific challenges and obstacles you or your business may have gone through in the past few years. Tyler believes his experience in finding creative solutions to complex problems can help identify effective ways to address these obstacles and find the most positive outcome.
