Colm Breathnach

Colm Breathnach is a licensed real estate broker in Nebraska and Iowa, with over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has worked with notable clients such as the City of Bellevue, Werner Enterprises, Hy-Vee Grocery, Husqvarna Corporation, Eaton Corporation, Millard Refrigeration, Lockwood Development, HMS Medical, Omaha World-Herald, British Aerospace, Northrup Grumman, Nebraska Warehouse, XPO Logistics, and McKesson Corporation. He has experience in site selection, valuations, representing buyers and sellers in leasing and sales, review of architectural drawings and specifications, asset inspection, and contract reviews. He has experience working on long-term multi-state projects from early planning to occupancy.

Before entering the world of real estate, Colm spent over 20 years in commercial construction. With degrees in Mechanical and Civil Engineering and a LEED AP, he worked on numerous notable projects, including the Holland Performing Arts Center in Omaha, Midtown Crossing in Omaha, Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, the Federal Reserve in Kansas City, and the IRS Center in Kansas City. He has multiple national and regional awards for commercial projects.

Throughout his career, Colm has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and winner of the transaction of the year at Sage Capital for every year working there. He is also actively involved in his community, having served as the president of the Rotary Club, as well as participating on the Sarpy County Planning Board (vice chair) and an active member of the Offutt Air Force Base Advisory Committee (honorary title of co-commander).
