Colm Breathnach

Colm Breathnach is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience in sales, leasing, site selection and asset valuation. He specializes in large, complex development projects and represents buyers and sellers across land, industrial, office and retail assets.

A recognized CoStar Power Broker, Colm has led multimillion-dollar transactions for clients including Werner Enterprises, Hy-Vee, Eaton Corporation and Mutual of Omaha. His background also includes more than a decade in commercial construction and work on major projects such as Memorial Stadium and Midtown Crossing.

Colm has served as Chairman of the Sarpy County Planning Board and has contributed to Bellevue Rotary International and the Offutt Advisory Committee.
