Clay Nichols specializes in commercial properties throughout the Nebraska-Iowa market. Originally from Paducah, Kentucky, Clay entered commercial real estate after 25 years of service in the United States Air Force, culminating at the rank of Colonel. That career developed the strategic planning, high-stakes negotiation and leadership skills he now applies for clients across the Omaha metro.
